1. Overview and Acceptance

Welcome to Sarleno. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern how you access and use our website, along with all of its content, features, services, and any purchases you make through it (together, the “Platform”).

By visiting the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If any part of them doesn't sit right with you, please don't access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and User Obligations

To place an order with us you need to be at least 18 years old, and by using the Platform you confirm that you are.

You also agree to provide accurate, complete, and current details whenever you buy from us or get in touch. Misusing the Platform or breaking these Terms can lead to your access being limited or withdrawn.

3. Account Responsibility

Some features may ask you to open an account. Keeping your login details private is your responsibility, as is everything done through your account.

Accounts are for personal use only and can't be handed over, sold, or shared. Sarleno isn't liable for any unauthorised access that results from you not safeguarding your credentials.

4. Orders and Payment

Every order depends on our acceptance and on availability. We may decline, cancel, or cap any order at our discretion — for instance, one that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms.

Prices appear in the relevant currency at checkout and can change at any point without prior notice. Completing a purchase authorises us to charge your chosen payment method for the full total, including any taxes and delivery charges that apply. 5. Product Information and Availability

Certain products may be sold online only and in limited numbers. We may adjust product descriptions, pricing, and availability, or retire products altogether, at any time and without notice.

We do our best to display product details accurately, but we can't promise that the colours, textures, or appearance shown on your screen will be an exact match for the physical item.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are sent via third-party couriers. Any delivery estimates we give are for guidance only and aren't guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items, which must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To get a return going, please contact us at contact@sarleno.com. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Our Refund Policy has the full picture.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please reach out promptly with a description and some supporting photos. We'll look into it and, where it's warranted, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

9. Use of Third-Party Services

The Platform may give you access to third-party tools, services, or integrations, all provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

Sarleno neither controls nor takes responsibility for these third-party services and isn't liable for anything that arises from using them.

10. External Links

You may come across links to third-party websites on the Platform, offered purely for convenience. We don't endorse, monitor, or take responsibility for their content, products, or services.

11. User Submissions

Any reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content you send us may be used by Sarleno without restriction. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content.

We're under no obligation to keep submissions confidential or to pay for them.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

break any applicable law or regulation;
infringe intellectual property rights;
share false or misleading information;
harass, abuse, or harm others;
spread malware or harmful code;
collect personal data without consent;
interfere with security features or system integrity.

Breaking this section can lead to your access being suspended or ended immediately.

13. Accuracy of Information

Now and then the Platform may contain errors or inaccuracies to do with pricing, promotions, descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and update information at any time, without prior notice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, together with all products and services, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Sarleno gives no warranties, whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Platform at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

So far as the law allows, Sarleno will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its products — including any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sarleno harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or end access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if these Terms are breached.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from them fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
