Where We Deliver

Sarleno delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We're not able to ship outside the UK at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

Your overall delivery estimate is made up of two parts — the time we take to prepare your order, and the time it spends in transit. We work with reliable UK couriers so your parcel is handled with care and reaches you promptly.

Total Estimated Delivery	4–9 business days

Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (GMT) on a working day are processed that same day. Anything placed after that, or over weekends and bank holidays, is picked up on the next working day. Each order is quality-checked and packed with care before it leaves us, and this is already accounted for in the processing time.

Parcel Protection & Lost Orders

Every order we send is covered by complimentary parcel protection at no extra charge. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days after dispatch, drop us a line at contact@sarleno.com and we'll get a lost-parcel investigation started with the courier right away.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves us, we'll send you an email confirmation with a unique tracking number and a link so you can keep an eye on its journey to your door.
